The Uruguayan forward of PSG is suspected to be seeing his way out of the French side after just 1 season. Cavani made a move to PSG with a transfer fee in the region of €63 million which makes it hard to believe that the French side will allow letting him go after paying such a substantial fee for the former Napoli player.
According to recent reports that have been emerging, the 26 years old forward is not very happy with his current role at PSG as he has to share the spotlight with Zlatan Ibrahimovic who has been in stellar form.
The French website Le10Sport stated: "Cavani is not happy about playing second-fiddle to Zlatan Ibrahimovic at the Parc des Princes and may be ready to ask his advisors to discretely investigate a move away."
Even though he has to fight with the likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Ezequiel Lavezzi for a spot as the forward of PSG, he still has made an impressive start of the season by scoring 9 goals in 8 appearances in Ligue 1.
Chelsea and Manchester City might be a possible destination for Edinson Cavani if indeed he wants to leave PSG. Both Premier League clubs have shown interest in signing him after his impressive seasons with Napoli.
PSG are enjoying some of the best times in years as they are at the top of Ligue 1 and are cruising past everyone that comes in their way in Group C of the Champions League. Whether is Zlatan or Cavani who scores the goals for the French side, all that matters is that they grab important trophies for the club which is why they were acquired with such high price tags.
