CAVANI NOT HAPPY

PSG striker Edinson Cavani has increased the possibility of leaving the French capital in the summer by saying that he is unhappy with the tactics at the club.

Cavani is regarded as one of the finest strikers in world football and he made the move to PSG in the £ 62 million deal from Napoli. This has made him one of the world’s most expensive transfers, but in the club that is rich with Qatari money, he is just one another player. He has been used on the wings in a 4-3-3 formation, which does not exactly suit his taste.

BOSS WARNS CAVANI

Uruguay coach Pablo Correa has warned striker Edinson Cavani against a potential move to Chelsea in the summer. The Paris St Germain striker is regarded as one of the best in the world, but he has struggled to get the same fame since a £ 60 million move to the French capital.

He has been consistently overshadowed by Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Even though he has scored 21 goals in 31 matches for the club, the record of Ibrahimovic continues to dominate the headlines. As a result, he is widely expected to be sold in the summer.

NO CAVANI MOVE

Jose Mourinho has dismissed transfer rumours linking Chelsea with a move for PSG striker Edinson Cavani. Despite having arrived at the French club only in the summer for close to £ 60 million, Cavani has been linked with a move away from the French capital after failing to find his best form in the last six months.

CAVANI WANTS OUT

The Uruguayan forward of PSG is suspected to be seeing his way out of the French side after just 1 season. Cavani made a move to PSG with a transfer fee in the region of €63 million which makes it hard to believe that the French side will allow letting him go after paying such a substantial fee for the former Napoli player.

According to recent reports that have been emerging, the 26 years old forward is not very happy with his current role at PSG as he has to share the spotlight with Zlatan Ibrahimovic who has been in stellar form.

CAVANI CLOSE TO NEW DEAL

There have been reports claiming that the Napoli striker Edinson Cavani is close to signing a new deal with the club that will see the release clause in his contract rise to € 60 million.

The Uruguay striker Edinson Cavani is one of the most wanted players in world football after clubs like Manchester city and Chelsea have been after him. However, Napoli have been able to resist the chances of the Premier league and the Spanish clubs. Edinson Cavani was one of the main reasons for the club doing well in the Champions League last season.

CAVANI IN CONTRACT TALKS

Chelsea have begun the negotiations with the Italian club Napoli over the potential sale of the striker Edinson Cavani, who has become a hot property in world football in the last few years. Edinson Cavani was one of the main reasons for Napoli's extraordinary success in recent seasons in both domestic football and in European football.

MANCINI CHOOSES ROBIN

Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini has hinted that the club would not be making a move for Napoli striker Edinson Cavani after the excessive demands by the Italian club.

He has said that Arsenal striker Robin van Persie is a much more suitable target for the club given that his transfer fee would be relatively low. It has been a shift in the transfer policy for Manchester City after winning their first major title in form of the Premier league.

CAVANI MAY MOVE ON

Edinson Cavani looks set to join the Premier league in the summer, but it is only subject to the future of Napoli in the Champions League.

Napoli will be taking on Chelsea in the last 16 of the Champions League in two weeks time.

They come into the match at Stamford Bridge with the 3-1 lead from the first leg. Despite this dominant advantage of Napoli, many are thinking that Chelsea will use their home advantage to maximum use to qualify for the next stage of the Champions League.
