UCL: INZAGHI SET TO CHANGE ATTACK

Inter Milan manager Simone Inzaghi is said to be seriously thinking about changing his attacking line-up for the Champions League clash with Premier League outfit Liverpool. The two teams at Anfield on Tuesday for the second leg of their last 16 tie having played each other at the San Sirothree weeks ago in what was the first leg.

In the first leg, Inzaghi opted for the attacking duo of Lautaro Martinez and EdinDzeko upfront, but they were unable to register any goal against the Reds. The Italian football giants struggled to really create a lot of scoring opportunities though they kept Liverpool at arms length until they scored two goals in the last quarter to put themselves in a very good position to secure a last eight spot in the Champions League this season.

Italian football giants Inter Milan have it all to do if they want to upset Liverpool and book their place in the Champions League quarterfinals. They have a two-nil deficit from the first leg thanks to the goals from Brazilian substitute Roberto Firmino and Egyptian senior national team captain Mohamed Salah. Firmino had come on for Diogo Jota who was injured and he was responsible for the goal that broke the deadlock.
Inter Milan are one of the two remaining Italian football representatives in the Champions League this season alongside Juventus. Atalanta and AC Milan were earlier eliminated.
According to Sky Italia, Inzaghi wants to drop veteran Bosnian striker EdinDzeko to the bench with Chilean attacker Alexis Sanchez replacing him in the starting XI since he's more mobile. Dzeko is winless from his nine visits to Anfield. He is the leading goalscorer at Inter Milan this season with 16 goals in 37 games in all competitions, while Lautaro Martinez is not far behind with 15 goals in 36 games.
